Technological Modernization in "Ka Engineering" Ltd

The established "High-tech Industrial Center" will be a new and distinct object in principle. Functionally and organisationally separate unit characterized by a high degree of autonomy. After the implementation of the project, the new business unit (production unit) will be able to carry out production activities completely self-assembling. It is envisaged that the site will be located in the territory of the town of Pazardzhik. As of now, our company has no sites in the settlement. The site will be completely separate and will be able to carry out its business entirely independently without relying on the technical resources of our existing sites. The implementation of the project inevitably brings with it the expansion of the capacity of our company. The overall production capacity of our company is expanding. Increases the direct and indirect benefits of our business. Seriously increases our production capacity and production and technical services capabilities. The implementation of the project is in response to the challenges of KA ENGINEERING LTD and envisages investment in modern facilities for: - cold / mech. metal processing by purchasing and putting into operation of a turning and milling machine - combining simultaneously the execution of principally different machining operations - turning and milling, and an centerless high-performance grinding machine, providing the most common requirements for accuracy and performance. - technological equipment / ultrasound generator / - realizing the implementation of a fundamentally new, high-tech finishing method. - measuring instruments for control / roughness measurement / Other outputs of the project: Increase employment. Ensuring safe working conditions by automating processes and reducing manual labor, Protection of the environment. Expand market share and raise revenue.
