Improving the production capacity of Rilman Ltd.

Rilman" Ltd. is a company founded in 2001 having as main activity the repair and installation of industrial machinery and equipment, mainly textile and offering services for their setup and commissioning. The company cannot respond to increasing number of orders for the installation of passemanterie machines due to the fact that all installation and reinstallation operations are carried out at the customer's site and require a great deal of time and human resources. This process is extremely inefficient and results in low productivity because it requires a large human resource from Rilman Ltd,, leads to a concentration of company resources and has a negative impact on the clients’ workflow. There is a need for a higher technological level of operation and modernization of the services for the installation of machine-tool machines, in order to optimize the company's activity and expand its market positions, which is to be realized with the implementation in the company’s manufacturing process of Automatic machine for samples of passemanterie for introduction and installation of textile machines - 1 pc. Rilman Ltd. will optimize the time for installation and configuration of client machines, will increase its capacity and will expand its customer base through the commissioning of the new automatic machine, while at the same time will achieve lower cost of products by improving the effectiveness of production costs. The implementation of the automatic machine will make it possible to increase the company's productivity, increase the sales revenue, and attract new customers, which will significantly increase the company’s competitiveness and efficiency. Proposed project is in line with the EU's horizontal policies and is implemented in the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of the Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization.
