Increasing the production capacity of Aibo-S Ltd.

Aibo - S Ltd. is one of the leading companies on the Bulgarian market for its main products: - Fuel additives for gasoline, diesel, LPG and fuel oil. - Auto fluids, including antifreeze, brake fluids, windscreen washer liquids. With the project proposal Aibo - S Ltd. aims to consolidate its long-term positions on the Bulgarian market for the windscreen washer liquids with the trademark "IRIS" and gradually increase its exports, increasing its savings. This will be carried out through the purchase of new production and laboratory equipment, which will be the basis for the achievement of the project proposal expected results, including: 1. Improved labor productivity. 2. Reduced production cost and cost of the end product. 3. Increase in production capacity of Aibo - S Ltd. 4. Improved control over the end product quality. 5. Optimization of the windscreen washer liquids package. 6. Reduction in the supply chain cost of the windscreen washer liquids, as the planned packing pouch package fits into less space than the currently used conventional PET bottles and tubular containers made of PET and HDPE. The project proposal has a significant social effect, creating 3 new jobs and is implemented in the municipality of Saedinenie with a high unemployment rate of 28% with a country average of 4.7%. The project proposal "Increasing the production capacity of Aibo-S Ltd." the implementation of the planned activities will lead to a considerable improvement of the competitiveness of the company by increasing its production capacity and export potential. Place of implementation: village of Tsarimir, Saedinenie municipality, Plovdiv region. Time for implementation: 12 months.
