Improving the Production Capacity of Kolos EOOD through investment in new production equipment

The project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from Kolos EOOD (main activity of the company is the production of containers / bottles / for compressed or liquefied gases) for investments in FTA (delivery, installation, testing and entry into service of machines) related to the expansion of the capacity of the existing enterprise in the town of Veliko Tarnovo. The project aims at achieving the following main objective: improving the production capacity by increasing the competitiveness of the applicant and increasing its export potential. The Activity for improvement of the production capacity of the company "Kolos" EOOD includes the acquisition of new production equipment - Automatic cutting and cutting line of billets with straightening and feeding of rolls of coils - 1 pcs and a Robotic Welding System - 1 pcs. The investment will lead to improved production processes for sheet metal rolls, sheet cutting, square and circle cutting, and welding; Reduce production costs by automation of processes; Improving product quality through guaranteed computer precision of welding. The project is implemented in the thematic area of ​​ISIS "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" within the scope of the priority axis "Machine Building and Instrument Construction, incl. parts, components and systems with a focus on transport and energy "and the expected results of the implementation are: • Enhanced competitiveness and market presence of the applicant in the domestic and foreign markets; • Improved production processes and expanded capacity by 40%; • Reduced production costs by 10% • Improved product quality; • Productivity gains by 28,32%; • Change in average export earnings by 48,34%; • Increase of the Net Revenue by 30,59%.
