Improving production capacity in VEMA DESIGN LTD.

VEMA Design Ltd. was established in 1994 in Pleven with the main activity - production of industrial electronics. The company specializes in the design, manufacture and service of electronic products and machines. At present, the company's activity is focused on the development and realization of its own products as well as the execution of individual orders for electronic equipment of machines in the industry for the domestic as well as the foreign market. For the needs of manufacturing and modernizing the company, it is essential to replace the manual assembly of printed circuit boards(PCB) with a high-tech line for automatic assembly and serial production by unleaded soldering in a conventional oven, such as the Pick and Place SMT(Surface Mount Technology) Automatic Machine with reflow oven for PCB provides. The strategic development of the company's activities includes the acquisition of tangible fixed assets: Injection molding automatic machine with a mold equipment for the boxes of most popular products, and Laser engraving machine for metal and plastic products. Buying modern equipment will lead to a significant modernization of production, which combined with the professional skills of the staff, will provide a guarantee for the constant quality of the products and services offered. In this direction are the objectives of the present Project and their achievment is envisaged with realization of activity for improvement of the production capacity of the enterprise. The activity will be realized through the purchase of 3 new machines: Pick-and-place SMT machine, Injection molding machine with a mold equipment and Laser engraving machine, and the expected results of the Project implementation will help to increase the production capacity and the export revenues of the company, heightening the efficiency of production costs and the management of inputs and raw materials.
