Improving production capacity in Goldi-plast EOOD

The project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from Golddi-Plas Ltd. (a small manufacturer of plastic doors and windows) for the acquisition of fixed assets (delivery and commissioning of machines) related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site in the town of Vidin. The project aims to achieve the following main objective: to improve the production capacity of the enterprise with a view to increasing its competitiveness and enhancing its export potential. The project includes activities to improve the production capacity of the enterprise aimed at improving production processes, reducing production costs and improving the products offered. The project includes investments for expansion of the production capacity of an existing business site in Vidin, supplying and putting into operation of the following tangible fixed assets: -Double saw blade Ø 450, automatic -1 pcs. -Massage mounting plate -1 pcs. -Multi copter milling machine / 3 motors / -1 pcs. - Large front cutter / 2 milling cutters / -1 pcs. -Free glass holder -1 pcs. -Digital roller track -1 pcs. -Diesel generator -1 pcs. Implementation of the project and realization of the envisaged investments will lead to improvement of production processes for PVC joinery, reduction of production costs through automation of processes and improvement of the quality of the products. Expected results: - Enhanced competitiveness and market presence of the applicant on the domestic and foreign markets; -Approved production processes and double increased production capacity; - Reduced production costs by 21% -Approved quality of the doors and windows made of plastics produced so far; Indicator Increase productivity by 51.28%; Indicator Change in average export earnings by 236,41%; Indicator Increase in net sales revenue by 42.40%.
