Improvement of production capacity at Stratus Light Ltd.

Stratus Light Ltd. is a leader in LED technology and offers exclusively own products. Most of the products are mainly aimed at industry professionals, industrial manufacturers, business customers who offer complete products and components for the production of: street, industrial, commercial, office, furniture and interior LED lighting, LED displays, LED drivers with constant output current and more. The company is a leader in the segment of external full color LED screens and flowing information boards, with a number of installed own installations in the country. Due to the growing demand for the products offered by the company and the constant development of the technologies in the branch it is necessary to buy additional production equipment. In order to ensure the production process and to improve the quality of the products offered and the introduction of the new technologies in the production of LED products, it is necessary to purchase the following equipment: 1. saturation machine for PCBs - 1 pc .; 2. Lead-free soldering furnace - 1 pc .; 3. Lead Soldering Machine for Wire Combination Technology for DIP Elements - 1 pc.; 4. CNC dispenser for adhesives and silicones - 1 pc; 5. CNC dispenser for two-component polyurethanes - 1 pc. 6. 3D printer - 1 pc; 7. Set of two integrated spheres, spectrocolorimeter - 1 pc; 8. Goniophotometer - 1 pc; 9. Tester for LED driver - 1 pc; 10. Generator for electrical impulses up to 10 kV - 1 pc; 11. Fiber laser for metal 1250 x 2500 mm - 1 pc; 12. Fiber laser for engraving 100 x 100 mm - 1 pc; 13. CO2 laser - 1 pc; 14. CNC automatic machine for bending of profiles and sheet metal - 1 pc .; 15. Laser Welding Machine 300 W - 1 pc. 16. Digital 4-channel oscilloscope 200 mHZ - 1 pc; 17. DC Electronic Load - 1 pc. Main results of the activity are expected to improve the production process, increase production capacity and increase export earnings.
