Improvement of production capacity in „KASTELO" LTD

The project proposal focuses on improving the production capacity and expanding the existing business activity of an enterprise specialized in the manufacture of metal products. The project aims to overcome the difficulties that most Bulgarian SMEs encounter, namely increasing the competitiveness and the achieving better presence on the national and foreign markets by increasing the volume of production, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing the production costs, improving the products and services offered. The results expected to be achieved through the implementation of this project proposal are: 1) increasing productivity by offering more products, increasing the number of customers; 2) increase in net sales revenue; 3) increasing the export potential of the enterprise; 4) optimizing the production process by introducing improved technologies; 5) reduction of the cost of services and production costs; 6) improving product quality. The specified results will be achieved through the assets envisaged under the project: 1) CNC Hydraulic guillotine with falling knife and variable angle of cutting - 1 pc.; 2) Mechanical press with pneumatic clutch - 2 pcs.; 3) Cutting table for cutting and processing of PVC boards, foam board, self-adhesive foil - 1 pc.; 4) Laminator - 1 pc.; 5) UV printer for road signs - 1 pc.
