Improving the production capacity of "SENZOR TEHNO INTERNATIONAL-PETRICH” Ltd

The candidate "SENSOR TECHNO INTERNATIONAL-PETRICH" is manufacturer of a variety of optical sensors (including for Light and Light Reaction), as well as plastic multy brackets for sensors. These products are custom-made for the needs of many world-famous automobile brands, incl. BMW, PEGEOUT, MAZDA, CITROEN, LANDROVER, ALFA, MERCEDES, CADILLAC, CHEVROLET, HONDA, KIA, OPEL, SSANG, JEEP, DAEWOO, HYUNDAI, MITSUBISHI, CHRYSLER and LANCIA. The project aims to increase the production capacity, export potential, and competitiveness of the applicant by purchasing injection moulding machines for the production of optical sensors and sensor brackets with specified parameters. The two machines differ basically in the compressive force in the moulding for the production of optical sensors and brackets and will replace the morally and physically outdated and with much lesser capacity machines in the company. The project will be implemented in the thematic area "Systems for Automated and Software Assisted Managing with Application in Manufacturing" of the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization. The reason for this is that the deployment of this equipment will provide very efficient and high-quality automated and software-assisted management of some of the most important processes in the production of optical sensors and sensor brackets. Good financial results from the project are expected, including: - Internal Rate of Return - 27.08%; - Increased net sales revenue / total project value 167.56%; - Increasing the productivity of the enterprise 15.09%; - Average export revenue generated by the investment increased by 167.55%.
