Increasing of production capacity of Vekatech Ltd, by installing of high speed machines for manufacturing and control of the process of assembly of electronic modules

The main objective of the project is improvement of the production capacity of Vekatech through improving the process of components assembling, its high automation and increasing its capacity at the company. The specific objectives address individual parameters that will create the prerequisites for the achievement of the main objective: production capacity increase; production process improvement; product quality improvement; production costs reduction; expansion of activity and sales. The project implementation aims at meeting our basic need to improve the components assembling process at our enterprise, whose insufficient capacity does not allow us to take the volume of orders coming to our company. The project covers one activity - Activity for improvement of the production capacity of the company Vekatech. It will be realized through the purchase of the following intangible assets: a solder paste printer for SMD line, a machine for automatic optical solder paste inspection in SMD line, a module segment of 2 mounting machines for assembly of SMD components, a machine for selective soldering of conventional electronic elements. As a result of the project implementation, we will achieve significant improvement in the production capacity of Vekatech. Enhanced capacity for SMD installation combined with precise solder paste inspection, complemented by automation of the TH assembling process, will provide for highly efficient and high quality assembling of components in the enterprise. Good assembling quality will contribute to a larger number of modules fit for follow-up operations per unit of time. We will be able to achieve an increase of more than 100% in volume of assembled components per unit time and an average of 7-8% more final output per product group. This will lead to higher sales revenue.
