Improvement of production capacity in Prima - 777 EOOD

The company "Prima - 777" Ltd. was established in 2008 to produce filters that are used for manual contraction of cigarettes. The production of the company consists in the purchase of filter blanks, cutting them in different sizes according to the market demand, packaging in special plastic bags which are provided with a zipper for multiple use. In order to implement our strategic development plans aimed at expanding market positions in domestic and foreign markets, we plan the implementation of this project, including activities to improve production processes, diversification activities of the range of products and services of the enterprise, deployment activities of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and efficiency in the manufacturing process. The company continuously invests in improving the production process in order to respond to the current trends in the industry and the dynamics and development of consumer demand and requirements. The project will be realized through activities that represent an investment in New Automatic Technological Instalation (Conveyor for transport and packing of packages). Project activities and the results expected from their successful implementation will contribute to effectively addressing the company's problems and constraints due to a lack of sufficient production capacity and the impossibility of improving the quality and assortment. The expected results are to increase the capacity of the company's business premises, to realize sustainable exports, to increase the efficiency of the costs of the single product and of the inputs in the production, to optimize the productivity. The project is being implemented in the Thematic Area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of ISIS. All project costs are claimed under the aid "de minimis".
