The project proposal of CELTA LTD. represents an investment aiming to improve the production capacity of CELTA LTD by establishing a new business office and by acquiring a new production asset, a multifunctional software system: Unified Software System for Software Subsystems Dynamic Creation and their Content Management, in the applicant’s business, which will optimize the time needed for the development of the company’s products, improve their quality and flexibility, reduce the production costs of the company, including the time for the development of the end product for the clients. With the implementation of the project, CELTA LTD will establish a new business office of the company in Pazardzhik to improve the company's productivity. The installation and implementation of the purchased unified software system will optimize the work of the programmers to make up customer’s solutions; they will be able to create web-based systems for our clients easier, faster and more effectively, while such web-based systems will be modern and flexible both for the developers and for the users and administrators of the systems, who have the responsibility to manage the systems content. Furthermore, if, so far, it has been necessary to add to the already created systems and rework them by programming new subsystems, which has almost always guaranteed unexpected problems (bugs) generating additional costs for the company, now with the commissioning and use of this unified software system, through which the future software systems will be produced by the developers in our team, this process will be minimized because it will have functionality which will save time for the developers. Regarding the maintenance, the necessary time will be shortened significantly, and the costs will be reduced accordingly, because in our business the time of the developers is the biggest cost.
