Improvement of Production capacity of Technorubber OOD

The main objective of the project is to increase the production capacity and the export potential of Technorubber OOD. It will be achieved through the purchase and commissioning of combined chamber for painting and drying, vertical CNC machining centre and a manual sandblasting chamber with an automatic abrasive recycling system. Our intention to implement the new equipment without removing the available machines, in itself indicates the realization of a significant increase in the productivity of the processes at Technorubber OOD. The purchase of a CNC vertical machining centre as well as a combined painting and drying chamber will increase the level of performance achieved in terms of production, installation, dismantling and repair of machinery and equipment. Currently, the cleaning of details at Technorubber OOD is carried out by hand with wire brushes, as the purchase of a sandblasting chamber with an automatic abrasive recycling system will allow a double increase in productivity in this segment of the company's activity. The implementation of the project will lead to the following results: - improving production capacity by increasing production volume; - improving resource and energy efficiency; - reducing the cost of the finished product. In the implementation of the project, the activities will be implemented in such a way as to contribute to the realization of the horizontal principles of sustainable development, equality and non-discrimination.
