Improvement of production capacity in S and P TEXTILE Ltd.

S and P TEXTILE Ltd. is a company with main economic activity Production of outerwear, not working wear. The main objective of the present project is to improve the production capacity of the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and its export potential. The project will be implemented through the following activities: Activity 1. Activity for improvement of the production capacity of the applicant / parts 1 and 2 /. The following tangible fixed assets necessary for the implementation of the project will be acquired as part of the implementation of the project and will lead to improvement of production capacity: Automatic punching machine - 2 pieces and Automatic conveyor cutting system - 1 piece Through the project realization, the obstacles to the competitive development of the enterprise and its export activity and potential due to the following factors will be successfully overcome: - use of old technologies and equipment to implement production processes; - high production costs and need for optimization of the production chains; - lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes; - lower quality of the produced products. The investments made in FTA will directly lead to improvement of the production capacity of the company through: - improvement of production processes, incl. achieving higher productivity and increasing the volume of the produced products; - reduction of production costs; - improvement of the offered products . As a result of this, the main objective of the project will be achieved, which corresponds directly to the purpose of procedure BG16RFOP002-2.040 "Improvement of Production Capacity in SMEs".
