Increasing the production capacity of Pasat anteny Ltd

The aim of the project proposal is to improve the production capacity of Pasat Ateni Ltd. The goal is formed to fully correspond to the activity under the project as well as to the purpose of the procedure. The goal will be achieved by acquiring: 1. 2 pcs. Manually operated electric forklift; 2. Forklift; 3. An automated line consisting of a mechanical press with pneumatic coupling, unwinding device, straightening and feeding device; 4. 2 pcs. Mechanical press with pneumatic clutch; 5. Four-leaf hydraulic leaf-folding machine; 6. Machine for linear longitudinal welding of segments of sheet material; 7. Specialized installation for welding a cover to a radial segment. As a result of the delivery and commissioning of the aforementioned assets, the following results will be achieved: 1. Improvement of production capacity of "Passat antennas" Ltd. 1.1. Technological modernization of production processes; 1.2. Optimization of production costs; 1.3. Increasing production capacity by introducing additional assets; 1.4. Improving the quality of end products through automation of production processes. These results will be reported through: 1. Change in average export earnings by 30.02%. 2. Increase in net sales revenue by 48.77%. 3. Increase productivity by 20.84%. The activity under this project falls under the category of investments: expanding the capacity of an existing business site. The total value of the project is BGN 872 963.00. According to the Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization, the project is implemented in the area of ​​Informatics and Information and Communication Technologies, where "Passat antennas" Ltd. is the only producer of satellite and communication antennas in Bulgaria. The project is in line with the EU's horizontal policies, directly serving policies for sustainable development and equality and non-discrimination.
