Improving production capacity of Rila CNM Ltd.

RILA-CNM Ltd. specializes in production and sale of metal products and structures, incl. domestic and construction waste collection vessels. We also produce any metal structures and objects according to individual design or design of the client. RILA-CNM Ltd. is a trusted, reliable and long-term partner who, through the supported and certified Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 and independent product testing and certification, strives to constantly offer high quality to its partners, customers and expand its markets. The current project is expected to improve the production capacity of the company through the purchase and putting into operation of a highly-technological modern equipment. For this purpose, Rila-CNM Ltd. plans to purchase the following new production capacities: electro hydraulic tubing machine with mandrel, hydraulic die press, hydraulic abkant press, hydraulic guillotine scissors, screw compressor, hydraulic press and three-phase inverter welding. The company maintains an obsolete machine park (guillotine scissors from 1977 and 1986, metal cutting machine from 1995, hydraulic abkant presses from 1984), the majority of which has insufficient productivity and efficiency, generating higher costs of labor, energy, internal transport, repairs and accidents. The limited capabilities of these machines affect the ability of the enterprise to handle more and diverse orders. The planned investments will optimize and increase the capacity and the efficiency of work in the production stages of machine-processed components - replacing and merging several technological steps/operations, shortening processing times and increasing productivity, while the use of one machine with modern power and smart management will lead to reduction in energy consumption.
