Production capacity expansion in BREAD COMPANY Ltd.

BRED COMPANY Ltd. Is a new company in the market dealing with manufacture of five types of frozen bread and frozen dough for pizza through imposing new technology– baked products, ready to consumption, frozen and fresh. The bread produced by the company has a superb taste with mild crust which makes it suitable for the preparation of doners, sandwiches etc. Thanks to the high quality of bread produced, it is sought not only in Bulgaria but also abroad.The company is active in more than 12+ countries as well as it delivers weekly its products in more than 5000 eating and drinking establishments. The implementation of the activities envisaged for implementation within the framework of this project will allow the achievement of the project objectives- to increase the production capacity and to strengthen the export potential. The main challenges facing the company are: insufficient technological capacity; long production time of one product due to successive technological operations with insufficient volume of work on the production lines and physical displacement of the products from one workstation to another.All of this leads to less efficient production, limited production capacity, the impossibility of accepting larger orders to be made in a short time, the cost of the final products, which directly reflects on finding customers and expanding the market positions of the company and respectively an increase in revenues from core business and exports. To overcome these identified challanged, the company needs to purchase the following high-performance tangible assets 7pc, which assemble:Line for making bread from silo to packing The selected machines will reduce the number of technological operations performed on different machines by focusing them into one machine, eliminating technology outsourcing,improving production efficiency, increasing productivity, and revenue from exports, thereby improving the market performance and competitiveness of the company.
