Top Man Ltd. Improves its Production Capacity through Technological Upgrading

Top Man Ltd is a make-to-order and toll manufacturer of high-quality men's suits. It has its own modern factory of 20,000 square meters. The company manufactures over 140,000 men's jackets, trousers and costumes per year for leading European fashion brands. The manufacturing process is almost completely modernized and meets European quality standards. In the last few years, the company has been experiencing a steady increase in workload and in the number of customers and orders. However, due to insufficiency of their production capacity to meet the market demand, Top Man Ltd fails to fulfill all customer orders. This determines the need for software and technological upgrade, optimization of production capacities and implementation of modern production solutions in order to increase the efficiency and speed of manufacturing without compromising its high quality. In order to remain competitive on the market and continue its successful development not only locally but also at European level, the company plans to invest in modern and automated equipment to achieve higher productivity and optimize the manufacturing process. The introduction of the Automated Production System will provide the company with the necessary technical facilities to increase production capacity and efficiency and reduce production costs. The implementation of this project will enable Top Man Ltd to fulfill larger orders and produce more garments for a shorter time. This will help to achieve the following results during the second year after the project completion: - Enhanced competitiveness; - Increase in production capacity from 140,000 to over 195,000 garments per year; - Increase in net sales revenue by nearly 11%; - Increase in productivity by nearly 28%; - Increase in average revenue by 27%.
