The company manufactures over 140,000 men's jackets, trousers and costumes per year for leading European fashion brands. The manufacturing process is almost completely modernized and meets European quality standards. In the last few years, the company has been experiencing a steady increase in workload and in the number of customers and orders. However, due to insufficiency of their production capacity to meet the market demand, Top Man Ltd fails to fulfill all customer orders. This determines the need for software and technological upgrade, optimization of production capacities and implementation of modern production solutions in order to increase the efficiency and speed of manufacturing without compromising its high quality.
