Improving the production capacity of Simex Ltd

"Simex" LTD specializes in the production of rubber belt conveyors, changers, elevators, augers, filters, vibrating sieves, reception bins, bag breakers, vibrators, metal separators and non-standard products in the field of general mechanical engineering such as metal structures, machine parts, assemblies and aggregates. The company specializes in the design and construction of solid household waste recycling systems, machines and equipment. The project proposal will provide for the purchase of equipment for improvement of the competitiveness of "Simex" Ltd. and for increase in its export potential. The project will solve existing problems that limit the company's development opportunities such as high production costs, need for process optimization, and lack of sufficient capacity to meet market demand. The project is part of the long-term policy of the company for regular investments in the production capacity and the expected results from its realization are: - enhancing the competitiveness and ensuring a successful performance on the national and foreign markets by increasing the volume of production; - improving the realization of the production in foreign markets through quality improvement; - optimization of the production process; - achieving higher productivity; - increasing automation and limiting human factor; - reduction of production loss and - reduction of production costs. The results will be achieved through the realization of the "Simex EOOD Production Improvement Activity", which envisages the purchase and commissioning of the following equipment: - Combined dyeing chamber with drying option - 1 pc.; - CNC Cutting Machine - 1 pc.; - Wire feed welder for MIG/MAG - 1 pc.; - Welding machine for MIG/MAG - 3 pcs. and - Sandblasting machine for corrosion-metal cleaning - 1 pc.
