The company has a workshop in which the activity and equipment is realized, which is insufficient, in view of the future development of the company and in view of the ever-increasing requirements of the clients. In order to further develop its activities and achieve its objectives, set in the company's medium-term strategy, additional investments in equipment are needed. Taking into account the market trends in martenitsa production, cords for all industries of the light industry, shoe links, ropes, etc., and after an analysis of the situation, the management of the company decided to purchase machinery and equipment to have helped to improve the competitiveness and performance of MERTENIKI KIKO LTD. The main (overall) objective of the project is to increase the production capacity and to strengthen the export potential of MERTENIKI KIKO LTD. The main activities are aimed at improving the production process, adding new features or improving existing products, diversifying the range of products, and introducing new technologies to improve efficiency and efficiency in the production process.
