MARTENIKKIKI KIKO Ltd. started its activity in 2005. The main activities are related to the production and wholesale of martenitsas, automated production of martenic cords and shoe connections, production of ropes from F6mm to F40mm. The company has a workshop in which the activity and equipment is realized, which is insufficient, in view of the future development of the company and in view of the ever-increasing requirements of the clients. In order to further develop its activities and achieve its objectives, set in the company's medium-term strategy, additional investments in equipment are needed. Taking into account the market trends in martenitsa production, cords for all industries of the light industry, shoe links, ropes, etc., and after an analysis of the situation, the management of the company decided to purchase machinery and equipment to have helped to improve the competitiveness and performance of MERTENIKI KIKO LTD. The main (overall) objective of the project is to increase the production capacity and to strengthen the export potential of MERTENIKI KIKO LTD. The main activities are aimed at improving the production process, adding new features or improving existing products, diversifying the range of products, and introducing new technologies to improve efficiency and efficiency in the production process. Machinery and equipment will be purchased within the project, the implementation of which will lead to the following results: - increasing the production capacity of the company - Increase productivity - increasing the efficiency of production costs - an increase in export earnings - adding new features and improving existing products - diversification of the range of products
