Improving production capacity of Signalizacia Ltd.

"Signalizacia" Ltd. was established in the distant 1994. The company produces paint of thermoplastic material, which is mainly used for road marking and is applied on the respective flooring by the company's customers. The product has other applications, including special and structural markings. It has excellent properties in terms of retroreflectivity and durability of markings. Despite its steady development over the years, “Signalizacia” Ltd faces certain difficulties mainly related to: a / limited production capacity - lack of sufficient production capacity to meet the market volumes of demand in the country and abroad; b / need for optimization of production processes - high production costs and cost; c / lower quality of part of the produced products. To overcome these issues, the project proposal includes "Activity for improvement of the applicant's production capacity ". The activity will be implemented by purchasing and putting into operation of a system for thermoplastic manufacturing, which will expand the capacity of the company's existing establishment in Yablanitsa. The implementation of the activity will lead to an improvement in the company's competitiveness - through embedded technologies to improve the production process, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs and optimize the production chain.
