Improving Competitiveness and Development of Growth Capacities at "Nik-Plastik-Valya Petrova" Sole Proprietor

The main activity of Nick Plastik Valia Petrova ET is the production of polyethylene foils of PEVN and PENN of various sizes and thicknesses from which they produce products for household and industrial needs, by further processing of make-up machines and technological lines. There is also processing, printing and making of articles made of materials that are not produced in the company but are purchased by other manufacturers. In this way polypropylene, foamed polyethylene products are produced. The production is used for the secondary packaging of products / clothing, food, industrial products /, for packaging of construction products, for household and agricultural goods packaging, and for the production of garbage bags. the company obtains a certificate for the standard BDS ISO-9001: 2015. A project proposal consists of purchasing production machines to improve the competitiveness, optimize and modernize production technologies by purchasing and putting into operation: - Extruder ABA - 1 pc. - Flexo printing machine - 1 pc. The purchase of these machines will allow differentiation and optimization of the current production process, as will allow the reduction of energy costs, reduction of marriage and technological waste, as well as the introduction of production of biodegradable and compostable plastic products from annual crops / maize, soybean, etc.). When placed in service, it will also prevent large numbers of items from being held in the bottlenecks in the manufacturing process. The production machines to be purchased will have the necessary technical and functional characteristics for the realization of the objectives of this project proposal. The control, management and planning of production factors, as well as their efficient use, can be achieved by investing in appropriate machines with the latest technology allowing for better performance.
