Improvement of the production capacity and generation of additional export potential in Izolat Ltd. by expanding the technology park

his project proposal provides for the realization of an investment plan including purchase and entry into operation of production machines and equipment for expansion and modernization of the machine fleet for improvement production capacity and increased export potential needed to provide competitive production of various silicone and rubber profiles and hoses as well as polyurethane lacquers. The project is aimed at obtaining gratuitous financial support from IZOLAT Ltd. for realization of an investment intention to expand the production capacity of an existing business site. Our manufactured products are parts and elements built into mechatronic agglomerates and are highly demanded and shortened delivery and delivery times. In connection with the analysis of the production processes and the planned expansion of the activity, in response to the needs of the market, the necessity of introducing additional production capacities was identified, by purchasing "Fiber glass fiber stranding machines - 6 in total" (1pc spindle with 28 spindles, 2 spindles with 64 spindles, and 1 spindle with 96, 120 and 144 spindles), "Rubber grinding machine 1pc", "Camera for heating profile 1 pc" and "Diesel forklift 1pc". Pursuing its main goal, namely to be a modern, developing, competitive company, the management IZOLAT Ltd. aims to improve the production processes and power to achieve a larger number of products better quality products and less time-consuming technology, looking for the best technology solutions and methods. As a result of the implementation of the project proposal, it is envisaged to increase production capacity, productivity, adding quality characteristics to manufactured products, enhancing export potential, leading to better financial results, added value and expanding market positions.
