Increasing the productivity and export potential of IBG Motors Ltd.

IBG MOTORS Ltd. is a company specialized in production of electric motors to be used in automatic garage doors, motorized rolling shutters, automated security shutters and doors, etc. Currently, with its available capacity the company reaches the maximum volume of its production capacity and operates in full workload mode of the existing equipment. The acquisition of new assets is necessary to increase the capacity of the enterprise and its successful presence on national and foreign markets. The following main activities are envisaged within the project: 1. Supporting of joint production investments to improve production capacity for growth through efficient and effective use of production factors and by building opportunities to adopt and adapt European and international knowledge and technologies. The activity is aimed at increasing the productivity by improving the production processes through investing in the following FTAs: Thread-cutting machine - 1 pc, Automatic cutting, cleaning and finishing machine - 1 pc, Electronic crimping machine - 1 pc. and Hydropneumatic press - 1 pc. 2. Awareness and publicity activities. During the implementation all requirements related to the project visualization and according to the "Beneficiary's Handbook for Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules" 2014-2020 will be met. The realization of the activities will have a positive effect on increasing the productivity of the enterprise, diversifying its product portfolio and realizing production in new markets. At the same time the company will increase its productivity in the production of electric motors, increase its export earnings, exploit its market potential and will increase the sales of products that will promote the territory of the LAG. The efficiency of production costs will be improved, which will lead to optimal return on the investments made.
