Increasing the competitiveness and strengthening of the export potential of KIPARIS - IVAN KOSTANTSALIEV by improving the production capacity of the enterprise

ET "KIPARIS-IVAN KOSTANTSALIEV" is a furniture factory, established in 1991. For several years it mainly manufactures furniture. Since 1999 the company has been working mainly for Ideal Standard AD, Sevlievo, by manufacturing packaging for sanitary faience and any wood products necessary for the packaging of the product. Due to the high production capacity of Ideal Standard AD, the strict delivery times and the sophisticated production machines related to their orders - many details of different sizes, the company works mainly for this client. The factory has the following machines and equipment 1. Four Banks Vertical 2. A Hanging Pendulum 3. A Horizontal Mast 4. Production line for details Despite its steady development, the company faces a number of difficulties mainly related to: - limited production capacity - due to the heavy workload of existing equipment, it does not have free production capacities to meet growing demand from the country and abroad; - the need to diversify the product range - driven by the introduction of innovative products; - Need for optimization of production processes - related to high production costs and cost of the final product and low resource efficiency. In order to overcome these problems, the implementation of the present project is envisaged through the activity allowed under the present procedure - Improving the production capacity of "KIPARIS-IVAN KOSTANTSALIEV", which includes the purchase and putting into operation of high-tech machines and equipment of the new generation. The implementation will contribute to the effective overcoming of the problems and constraints of the company's development and will lead to the improvement of the company's competitiveness on national and foreign markets, more production, optimization of the production process, reduction of the production costs and export performance.
