Increasing the productivity and export potential of "Karieri i Varodobiv" AD on the territory of Radomir-Zemen by buying machines.

"Karieri i Varodobiv" AD is a company with long tradition in the production of quicklime and extraction of inert materials, dating back to 1949. "Karieri i Varodobiv" AD is registered as a manufacturer of quicklime in the system of REACH and specializes in the production of quicklime with dimensions 50-100 mm. The monthly production capacity exceeds 2500 tonnes. It has silos for storing 500 tons of lime. The production is continuous throughout the year. The company has a concession for exploitation of own career, located in the area "Tursko usoe", with an area of 186 025 sq. m. and stocks of 18 974 700 cub. m. high quality limestone. As part of the project proposal the following fixed tangible assets shall be provided, as well as their purchase, supply, installation and initial testing: - Jaw crusher for crushing limestone fractions and quicklime; - A roller feeder for feeding the jaw crusher; - Hopper for suppyling the feeder; - Electric dryer for crushed limestone; - Bucket elevator - different characteristics; - Hopper for crushed limestone and crushed lime; - Electro-vibration feeder; - Installation for grinding, including pulverizer, classifier, collector, bag filter, fan; - Telescopic arm for dustless loading; - Bucket elevator - different characteristics; - Silo for crushed limestone and crushed quick lime; - Packing machine for valve loading of paper bags; - Bucket elevator - different characteristics; - Electric control board, which includes power part, electric defenses, controller for operating different configurations of machines and facilities; - Diesel lift truck.
