Improving production capacity in TECHNO AKTAS AD

TECHNO AKTAS AD is one of the leaders in the world market for production of pneumatic springs for trucks, trailers and buses. The production features very high quality and impeccable image, which contributes to the brand's popularity. The combination of high-quality rubber obtained by a special methodology, as well as the use of the latest technologies for the production of the final product, are indispensable elements in the enterprise's portfolio. In order to improve its competitiveness, TECHNO AKTAS AD needs to increase its production capacity and optimize its production processes. The current production capacity does not allow the enterprise to fulfill its planned strategic goals. In order to increase the competitiveness and improve the production capacity of TECHNO AKTAS AD, a project proposal envisages the implementation of the following activities: 1. Total production investment to improve production capacity for growth through the efficient and effective use of production factors and by building opportunities for the adoption and adaptation of European and international knowledge and technologies. The activity is aimed at: - increasing the productivity of the enterprise; - the effective and efficient use of production factors through the introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency in the production process; - improvement of the production processes at TECHNO AKTAS AD; - access to new markets. 2. Specialized service for development and strengthening of the management capacity by reengineering the processes in TECHNO AKTAS AD. 3. Information and publicity. As a result of the implementation of the project, the competitiveness of TECHNO AKTAS AD will be increased by increasing the production capacity, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, strengthening the managerial capacity.
