Improving the production capacity of TBI EM - 5 EOOD, as a result of the introduction of new technology for improvement of resource efficiency and diversification of services

TI VM EM - 5 Ltd. is a telecommunication company, a provider of cable, digital TV and Internet, founded in 1999. The purpose of TI VM - 5 EOOD is through this project to invest in the construction of cable distribution networks of new generation for transmission data and digital TV in 4 settlements of Byala Slatina municipality: Berkachevo village, Bardarski geran village, Sokolari and Galiche village, where the company has not operated until now. The new networks will use modern technology - PON FTTH, PtMP technology. At present, the TV and Internet access services available to the population in these villages are provided through coaxial cables and active FTTH networks for internet service delivery through satellite operators and obsolete DSL technologies. Through the investment in the project, a new type of services will be introduced for the subscribers of the company - TV based on technology - IPTV (Internet Protocol TeleVision). This type of television broadcasting system is among the latest and most modern technologies in the industry, which is extremely attractive for consumers and is also new for the territory of the mentioned villages. In the settlements there are no services of this type so far, which on the one hand will increase the competitiveness of the company and on the other will increase the quality of the services offered in Byala Slatina municipality. As a result of the investment, the efficiency of production costs will increase, the average generated export earnings, as well as the net sales revenue of the company will increase. The main activities envisaged under this project are: 1. Implementation of new technology to improve resource efficiency by building 4 cable distribution networks. 2. Diversification of the activity through diversification of the portfolio of TI Vi EM-5 EOOD - offering IPTV for the subscribers of the company in the settlements in which the networks will be built. 3. Information and publicity activities.
