Modular installation for the purification and recovery of waste products

The company "ORAKUL ENGINEERING" Ltd. is a newly registered company, which has set the ambitious goal to be among the innovators in Bulgaria. In today's trade, the problem of finding cheap but quality raw materials is the key to successful commercialization. Many of the cheap foreign products of doubtful origin destined for the Bulgarian market use raw materials of dubious quality that lead to a short life of the product and in some cases even to health problems in its use. We have focused our idea on the purchase of a modular wastewater treatment and recovery plant through which the hydrodynamic cavitation exposure methods of high intensity, baro-membrane ultrafiltration separation and non-stationary electrochemical membrane processes using variable asynchronous current are realized. With this technology, we will be able to exploit the raw glycerin, a by-product in the production of biodiesel, which at present is a residual material that not only adds no added value but also has an adverse environmental impact. In achieving the high goals set, the company will rely on the experience and expertise of the developer and members of the Entrepreneur Team on the one hand, and on the other hand will rely on the high added value of investing in new specialized equipment. The technique to be purchased under the project will allow the application of modern methods of work not yet implemented on the territory of the country. The newly registered enterprise will develop its main economic activity in the sector of for the creation and development of new enterprises:: C20.41 "Manufacture of soap, detergents, cleaning and polishing preparations".
