Improving production capacity of Borsa Ltd.

"BORSA" Ltd. was established in 1995 in the town of Septemvri, Pazardzhik region and is engaged in the production of sweets and snacks. The main activity of the company is 10.72 "Production of biscuits, biscuits and dry confectionery". The company has its own production facilities equipped with machines and production lines. The newest investment of Borsa Ltd is a new workshop, built in 2017, equipped with a tunnel gas furnace and a cooling tunnel. The challenges for the company for future development, ensuring sustainable growth and job creation are related to improving the competitiveness of Borsa Ltd. by introducing technologies for improving the production process, achieving better productivity, reducing production costs and optimization of the production chain. The company's main problems are related to the use of depreciated machines and equipment that lead to lower efficiency and automation of production and higher energy intensity of underlying operations. These problems negatively affect the development of the enterprise and prevent the implementation of the strategic plans for expansion of production. For the activities related to the project proposal, the company envisages increasing the production capacity and competitiveness of the company by investing in a new high-tech multitrust machine for the production of confectionery products. Purchase of new high - performance equipment to improve production processes and resolve some of the main problems and constraints to the development of Borsa Ltd. as a necessity of: increasing the competitiveness of the company by increasing the production volume, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs, improving the quality of the finished production.
