Improving the competitiveness of MINERALI - M Ltd. through technological modernization

This project proposal envisages technological modernization in MINERALI - M LTD by purchasing and putting into operation of innovative, high - tech equipment /CUTTING AND PROFILING MACHINE with numerical control of 5 interpolated axes with a 362 ° rotating head/. The investment will contribute to the improvement of the technological processes and the modernization of the production. With the purchasing of the desired equipment, the production costs will be reduced, the quality of the products will be improved and fully controlled. The process will be optimized by eliminating the manual manipulations, which will lead to increased company resource efficiency and competitive price of the products. The successful realization of the project will contribute to the expansion of the production capacity and to the increase of the labor productivity at MINERALI - M LTD. This will allow the introduction of new products, as well as the improvement of the quality of the manufactured ones. The production of new products and the diversification of the product sheet, with low production costs and high efficiency of the processes in the company will provide opportunities for expanding the product nomenclature in volume and variety as well as for entering and positioning in new market niches. Main steps in implementing of the activities for improvement of the production processes and for introducing in the production process of new technologies for improving the efficiency and efficacy of the resources: • Establishment of the project team and project management • Visibility and publicity • Conducting of a tender procedure • Delivery, installation and putting into production of the new machines • Accounting and internal monitoring.
