Improving production capacity of Bultes Ltd.

Bultes Ltd. has been active since 2008. The company specializes in the production of a wide variety of quality bakery products. The plant of the company is located in Septemvri, equipped with machines designed for bread production. The need for the implementation of this project is dictated by the lack of competitiveness of the company, mainly due to the lack of sufficient production capacity to satisfy the product demand in the region. For the activities related to the project proposal, the company plans to invest in new high-tech and safe equipment, namely new kneading machines and a packaging machine, to secure the workflow in the enterprise, to provide a safe and healthy working environment, to retain skilled workforce, and to create new jobs. The purchase of new high-performance equipment to improve production processes and solve some of the major problems and constraints facing the development of Bultes Ltd. as a need to: increase the competitiveness of the company and its more successful presence on national markets by increasing the volume of production, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs, improving the offered products. The implementation will increase production capacity, improve energy efficiency in terms of energy consumption per unit of production, improve resource efficiency and efficiency of the production process and improve the quality of finished products.
