Raising of production capacity of Katya Stoynova Ltd.

The company has long experience and traditions in production of chairs made of solid wood and it is specialized in creating mostly classic and contemporary models. The activity currently is carried out in a single production line - "Upholstered chairs with frames of wood". With its available capacities, the company reaches its maximum production capacity and operates in full workload mode. In order to overcome the constraints towards the development of the company, the project envisages the following main activities: 1. Supporting of common manufacturing investments to improve production capacity for growth through efficient and effective use of production factors and by creating of opportunities for adopting and adapting European and international knowledge and technologies. The activity is aimed at increasing productivity by improving production processes by investing in FTA - Machine for Hobbling-1pc. and Machine for two-sided planing-1pc. 2. Awareness and publicity activities. During the implementation, all requirements related to the project visualization and in accordance to the "Common Beneficiary's Manual for Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules" 2014-2020 will be met. The realization of the activities will have a positive effect on the achievement of the goals of the procedure for increasing the productivity of the enterprise, diversification of its product portfolio and realization of production in new markets. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity in the production of details for chairs (front and rear legs and couplings), will increase its export earnings, will realize its full market potential and will increase the distribution of products that will advertise the territory of the LAG Belovo, September, Velingrad. The efficiency of production costs will be improved, which will lead to optimal return of the investment made.
