Improvement of the production capacity of MATRACY HEGRA Ltd by purchasing a double needle quilting machine with a continious action and cutting of the stitched fabric.

MATRACY HEGRA LTD is an enterprise specialized in the production of mattresses, upholstered beds and bedrooms and hotel beds. Since several years the company has started the manufacturing of a new product – Boxspring Beds, mainly intended for export. As the company is not equipped with latest high-performance machines needed to produce some of the details, it cannot manufacture end products of a higher technological level and in larger quantities. This reduces the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market sector as the necessary parts need to be purchased from other manufacturers. With the implementation of this project and the purchase of a double needle quilting machine with a continious action and cutting of the stitched fabric, the company will be able to produce these details on its own. Doing so will significantly reduce their cost and eliminate the need to stock up on parts. This will lead to optimization of the production cost and to the increase of the market share of MATRACY HEGRA LTD in the sector. The implementation of the project will lead to improvement of the competitiveness of MATRACY HEGRA LTD through the introduction of new high-capacity production facilities, improvement of the production process, achievement of a higher productivity, reduction of the production costs, optimization of the production chain and enhancement of the export potential of the enterprise.
