Improvement of production capacity in the company of the Sole trader "Angel Kostadinov-Vasilka Kostadinova"

The company sole trader “Angel Kostadinov-Vasilka Kostadinova” is engaged in the production of confectionery, which is carried out in its own production workshop located in the village of Kabile, Tundza Municipality. Sole trader “Angel Kostadinov-Vasilka Kostadinova” is one of the dynamically developing enterprises on the territory of LAG-Tundzha, oriented towards the production of a wide range of confectionery products of high quality and competitive prices. The enterprise's market orientation is focused entirely on domestic sales. There have been unsuccessful attempts to reach international markets. The management’s efforts are aimed at consolidating the existing market share and expanding on new market positions on the Bulgarian market. Currently, the “Angel Kostadinov-Vasilka Kostadinova” confectionery shop produces and sells a wide range of confectionery products separated in four main product groups: sponge cake products, dry pasty products, mini desserts, meringues and sweet bread products such as easter bread- kozunak and crescent bread rolls. The project proposal includes investments in production for the purchase of modern high-performance and energy-efficient machines for the manufacturing of confectionery and bakery products, in accordance with the attached technical specifications. This will lead to an increase in the production volume and to an improvement in the quality of production. The implementation of the project will lead to an increase of the production capacity and competitiveness of the enterprise Angel Kostadinov-Vasilka Kostadinova's enterprise, improvement of the production process, achievement of a higher productivity, reduction of production costs and optimization of the production chain.
