Smart Cardio Ltd. is a start-up company established in 2019 in the Manolich village with activity - investment in innovative technologies, incl. in medicine, etc. with NACE code: 63.11. The entrepreneurial idea of the company represents a groundbreaking social innovation, expressed in an intelligent home telemedicine service through the application of statistical approaches and cardiac data analysis based on vital signs of users obtained through connectivity with a network of specialized smart devices. The main clients of the service are patients with cardiovascular and other diseases, as well as the older (60-75 years old) and the elderly (75-90 years old), who need prevention, and an arrangement will be sought with hospitals and cardiology offices. The motivation for developing the service stems from the long-standing observations of the entrepreneur with the conclusion that the entrepreneurial idea is a new efficient, effective and sustainable solution to a public problem, namely the limited access to and slow medical care, as the service will minimize the need for physical visits to hospitals and provide prevention of complications of cardiovascular diseases. To develop the new service, the company will carry out activities to realize the idea on the market in sector J63 Information Services through investments in the purchase of: +1 pc. specialized software for online monitoring and database management, which will analyze the data from the users' vital indicators; +1 pc. main and 1 pc. backup servers for database storage and processing; + 1 pc. network equipment providing Internet connectivity to the servers; +2 pc. uninterruptible power supplies that ensure the uninterrupted operation of servers and network equipment; +5 pc. workstations for the work of each team member on which the software will be installed and the servers will be monitored 24 hours a day, and: +hiring of qualified personnel - 5 pcs. to develop and test the service.
