Improvement of the production capacity of Boryana AD

BORYANA AD was incorporated in 1968. headquartered in Cherven Bryag, 1 Struga Str., specializing in the production of classic (machine-made or hand-knitted) sweaters, vests and other similar articles with economic activity code 14.39 according to KID2008. The company is a leader in the local and world market in the field of knitwear and has its own production base in Cherven Bryag as well as a well-developed sales network. The following direct results will be achieved in implementation of the project Improving the production capacity of Boryana AD: - Purchased, delivered and commissioned modern and high-tech production equipment; - Internal rate of return: 37,98 %. - Increase in productivity: 10,48 %. - Change in average generated export earnings as a result of the project investment: 85,45 %. - Increasing the efficiency of production costs: 6,39%. The expected long-term results of the implementation of this project are related to: 1 / Improving the competitiveness of BORYANA AD through the introduction of technologies for improving the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs and optimizing the production chain, respectively increasing the added value and actively engaging in all stages of the production chain. adding value. 2 / Improving the capacity of BORYANA AD to work in intensely competitive markets, enhancing competitiveness, by improving, maintaining and guaranteeing the quality of the products sold and providing objective guarantees for quality and use of good manufacturing practices. 3 / Improving the capacity of BORYANA AD to do competitive and sustainable business in the dynamically developing markets, by increasing and improving the use of mechatronic approaches and systems, as well as optimizing the production processes.
