Improvement of the production capacity at SIRENA - PESHEV amp; SIE

„SIRENA - PESHEV amp; SIE“ is a company specialized in the production of constructions for machine centers for woodworking, constructions and components for arrows for cranes, soundproofing and fireproof fireplaces and industrial doors, parts and components for mechanical engineering. According to NCEA - 2008, the main activity of the company for 2018 is classified in code 25.11 "Manufacture of metal structures and parts of structures". The activity is carried out in its own production base in the town of Cherven bryag, Pleven district, North-Western region. The main challenge facing the company at present is related to insufficient production capacity and the inability to absorb the ever-increasing demand. Through the realization of this project, the available equipment will be supplemented with new, modern and high-performance metalworking equipment: Semiautomatic two-column band-cutting machine - 1, Welding table - 1, Vertical three-axis milling machine - 1. and Welding Machines - 4 pcs. The introduction of machines in the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing production capacity; 2. Increasing of the export potential and extensio of the foreign markets; 3. Increase of labor productivity in the enterprise; 4. Increasing the efficiency of production costs; The implementation of this project will overcome the technical constraints on production caused by the lack of key machines in the enterprise and, as a result, increase its production capacity. The project implementation will also have a positive impact in terms of environmental aspects, resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process. Within the project activities are envisaged for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the implementation of contracts under OPIC 2014 - 2020, ZUSESIF and Decree № 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment.
