Improvement of the production capacity of „Sima - MA“ Ltd.

Sima - MA Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in the production, installation, maintenance and repair of facilities for concrete farms (bunkers, silos, mixers, scales, controls, spare parts, etc.). According to NCEA - 2008, the main activity of the company for 2018 is classified in code 25.99 "Manufacture of other fabricated metal products not elsewhere classified" (72%). Ancillary economic activity is the activity of "Repair of general-purpose machinery and equipment" with code 33.12 (28%). The activity is carried out in its own production base in the town of Cherven bryag, Pleven district, North-Western region. The main challenge facing the company at present is related to insufficient production capacity and the inability to absorb the ever-increasing demand. Through the implementation of this project, the available equipment will be supplemented with new, modern and high-performance metalworking equipment: Belt-cutting machine - 1 pc., CNC Hydraulic bending press - 1 pc. 1 piece. and Welding Machine - 1 pc. The introduction of machines in the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing production capacity; 2. Creating export potential and entering foreign markets; 3. Increase of labor productivity in the enterprise; 4. Increasing the efficiency of production costs; The project implementation will also have a positive impact in terms of environmental aspects, resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process. Within the project activities are envisaged for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the implementation of contracts under OPIC 2014 - 2020, ZUSESIF and Decree № 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment.
