Improvement of the production capacity of "VS - METAL COMPANY" AD

"VS - METAL COMPANY" AD was established in 1994. The main activity of the company is in the field of high-tech production of household non-electric appliances - fireplaces, stoves, boilers and cooking appliances with economic activity code 27.52. For several years now the production of the company has been growing and at the moment VS-METAL COMPANY AD is one of the largest producers of fireplaces and solid fuel stoves in Southeastern Europe. The factory is located in the town of Lukovit and provides employment for nearly 80 people. The company has established its name over the years, relying on high quality and competitive prices. From the beginning, the "Zvezda" brand has been associated with high quality products and excellent service. The aim of the management is to constantly improve the quality of its products and to enrich the company catalog with new models. The current project is a milestone in the development of the company towards maintaining a stable presence in the market of high-end solid fuel stoves and fireplaces in Bulgaria, enhancing the competitive advantages of the company, expanding the European market position, increasing the employment of the local population and the opportunity for higher incomes and better quality of life. The project proposal envisages investment in new, automated equipment to ensure the process of electroplating (nickel plating) of parts from the main production group - fireplaces and stoves, which will lead to an expansion of the applicant's production capacity, by improving the production process, resource efficiency, high quality of workmanship, exquisite aesthetic vision and durability of the finished product. The equipment provided for the implementation of the project activities is standard for European manufacturers, but expensive for companies from Bulgaria. This project is part of the applicant's investment program, with the possibility of grant funding determining the start-up of the project.
