Improvement of production capacity in EKOTEX 1 Ltd.

The company has considerable experience and it is specialized in production of orthopedic mattresses, massage mattresses, pillows, top mattresses, home and interior textiles for hotels, restaurants, SPAs and more. The activity is carried out in one production line - "Bedding textile with stuffing". With its available equipment, the company has reached the upper limits of its production capacity and is operating in full workload mode. In order to overcome the constraints on the development of the enterprise, the project envisages the following main activities: 1. Supporting of common manufacturing investments to improve production capacity for growth through efficient and effective use of production factors and by building opportunities for adopting and adapting European and international knowledge and technologies. The activity is aimed at increasing productivity by improving production processes by investing in FTA - High Speed ​​Multi-Needle Stitching Machine - 1pc. 2. Awareness and publicity activities. During the implementation, all requirements related to the project visualization and according to the "Beneficiary's Uniform Manual for Implementation of the Information and Communication Rules" 2014-2020 will be met. The implementation of the activities will have positive effect on achieving the goals of the catch-up procedure and increasing the export potential of the Lukovit-Roman LAG enterprises. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity in the preparation of quilted coatings, will increase its export earnings, will realize its full market potential and will increase the distribution of products that will advertise the LAG's territory. The efficiency of production costs will be improved, which will lead to optimal return on investment made.
