"Lyumana and Co." Ltd. is a leader in the production of bed linen, bedding sets, duvets and everything from home textiles in the territory of the Southwestern region of Bulgaria. The company operates successfully on the Bulgarian market, but the strategy is for the business to develop and impose on the foreign market, with the production currently being exported to Greece, Russia, and Macedonia. The use of high-quality materials, the continuous upgrading and the introduction of new production technologies are the key elements of an enterprise's development strategy. Insufficient high-tech and efficient equipment to enable it to provide its customers with higher quality products and added value is identified as the main challenge for sustainable market development. In order to improve the production and management capacity as well as its export potential, the implementation of the present project proposal envisages the following activities: 1 / Activity for improvement of the production processes through investments in tangible and intangible assets; 2 / Support for business growth by improving quality and promoting the use of ICT and services; 3 / Information and publicity. The planned fixed and intangible assets under the project will be implemented in the production base in Gotse Delchev, and thus will meet the requirements and needs of its customers on the domestic and foreign markets in the best way. The new equipment will strengthen the company's overall production capacity and boost exports.
