Improving the production capacity by burying new technological equipment in the company "N and K Cosmetics Developments" Ltd.

Namp;K Cosmetics Developments Ltd. is a company with main activity 20.42 production of perfumes and toilet products (decorative cosmetics) - packaging and wrapping. The investments that the company wants to make are aimed at purchasing new high-tech machines, as currently the existing ones are depreciated with low productivity, which leads to manual labor by employees in some of the production operations. The planned activities of the project aim to expand the capacity of the enterprise and subsequent strengthening of exports and increase the internal market share, which is crucial for improving the quality of finished products, increasing labor productivity, reducing production costs, increasing resource efficiency. -reduction of the volume of used raw materials and waste material. In the course of the project implementation the following assets will be delivered and put into operation: - inkjet printer 1 pc. - machine for disposable wet wipes 1 pc. - labeling machine 1 pc. - press 1 pc. - semi-automatic vertical foiling machine 2 pcs. - packing heat shrink tunnel machine 1 pc. - semi-automatic sealing machine 1 pc. - compressor 1 pc. - hiring new staff; - visualization and publicity of the project. With the implementation of this project through delivery, installation and commissioning of new machines, will increase the competitiveness of the company and its resource efficiency and effectiveness, which directly corresponds to the strategic goal of LIG-Radomir-Zemen - development of a competitive, innovative environment, with high added value, income-generating and employment economy on its territory. The commissioning of the machines will lead to an increase in the quality of existing products in the long run, will increase market share and export revenues, reduce production waste and reduce the amount of waste.
