Improvement of the production capacity and recourse efficiency in the ENERGOEMONT- KRESNA JSC

The goals of the the project "Improvement of the production capacity 2 in ENERGOREMONT-KRESNA AD" are increasing the production capacity and enlarging the export potential of the enterprise.It will happen with the delivery and enrty into operation of new equipment for the main production process - casting and fire treatment of metal products. . For achieving of these goals it will be carried out actions for solving the main problems in the enterprise . One of the main problems is the present impossibility to apply the full production capacity in the main production process . This problem is available because in the stages for preparation of materials and the auxiliary processes there are issues that have a significant impact on the main production and as a whole on the production capacity of the plant. The problems in this process are: - the availability of old technologies and equipment such as electric double crossarm bridge crane since 1982. - the frequent damage and downtime, leading to repair costs and delayed orders. -the need of reducing production expenses; -the need of improving the quality of manufactured products. These problems will be solved by the project which aims to optimize the process of the preparation of materials, the production process of casting products and the process of storing the final ones. All this will be achieved by the entry into operation of the new equipment: 1) double crossarm bridge crane By the implementation of this new equipment, the following goals will be achieved 1) increasing the productivity of the enterprise 2) increase of the average generated export revenues 3) increase in net sales revenue That will lead to the accomplishing of the project aims.
