Support scheme for SMEs bus service undertakings to overcome the economic consequences of COVID-19 provided by Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC)

The goal of the project is to provide operating capital for Bulgarian micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) bus service undertakings to cope with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Small and medium-sized enterprises are a key leading force in the bus transportation sector for the development of competitive and quality services, as well as for ensuring stable economic growth and sustainable employment. The project support is aimed at overcoming and limiting the negative socio-economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation of the project will provide short-term assistance to support SMEs operating bus services to maintain their activity and ensure job stability.
