The activity of "TV-NET SATELLITE - KONDUKOV AND CO" SD is related to the reception, processing (modulation and transcoding) and transmission of Internet data, video and television content (TV programs) for private customers through its own network. Currently, with the available server capacity, the company reaches the maximum volume of its production / technological capacity and operates in full load mode. After conducting procedures for selection of a contractor, according to the requirements of Decree №160 of the Council of Ministers, for the needs of the provided services and in order to optimize the quality and the offered products, a new Hardware system for broadband internet and IPTV distribution will be purchased and put into operation. TV -1pc. and Software system for distribution of broadband internet and IPTV television - 1 pc. improving the work of the company. The investment is absolutely necessary in order to improve and increase the production / technological capacity for modulation and transcoding of IPTV signals with different resolutions, expanding the range of services, full utilization of market potential, increasing real internet speed, attracting new and retaining loyal customers. . To overcome the limitations for the future development of the company, one main activity will be included: 1. Activity to improve the production capacity for growth. The successful implementation of the activity will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increase of the production capacity and increase of the export of the offered services by the company to third countries. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity, will increase the average generated export revenues, will improve the efficiency of its production costs, which will lead to an optimal return on investment. During the implementation of the project all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
