Working capital support for SMEs affected by temporary anti-epidemic measures through the implementation of a support funding scheme by the National Revenue Agency (NRA)

The global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictive measures introduced have led to a downturn in the European economy and a decline in exports of goods and services. With the expected increase in morbidity in the coming months, it is necessary to take measures for adequate and timely support of the affected economic entities. The project proposal aims to enable the NRA to structure in a fast and effective way a measure to support SMEs that have suspended or limited their activities as a result of orders of the Minister of Health introducing restrictive anti-epidemic measures. The implementation of the project will provide quick access to working capital for SMEs affected by the temporary anti-epidemic measures, in order to maintain their activity.
