Improvement of the production capacity of "Dobrudja-KIT" AD

The current project proposal "Increasing the production capacity of Dobrudja - KIT" AD "is targeted at expanding the production capacity of "Dobrudja - KIT "AD, by improving the production process and improving resource efficiency and effectiveness. This will be achieved by purchasing a Machine for filament erosion - 1 pc., to ensure the process of production of parts for household baking dishes, wheels and hand trolleys. With the implementation of the project "Dobrudja-KIT" AD on the one hand will significantly reduce the time for production of parts (due to the change of part of the now performed slow metal removal operations - turning, milling), while increasing productivity and quality of the production process. This will directly contribute to increasing the production capacity of details enterprise. The expected results from the implementation of the project are mainly related to the increase of the quality and the number of products produced by "Dobrudja-KIT" AD, with optimized production costs for raw materials. An additional positive effect is the achievement of significant optimizations in terms of resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production activities of the company - savings on raw materials, due to optimized cutting. In financial terms, the positive results described in this way will lead to an increase in net sales revenues to ~ BGN 2.50 million, an internal rate of return of 178%, an increase in productivity by 5.4%, an increase in export revenues by 5,9% and increase the efficiency of production costs by more than 4%.
