The main objective of the project is to support the local entrepreneurial spirit and the newly created company Itop 2021 Ltd, so as to lay the foundations of the first of its kind local online educational marketplace. The main entrepreneurial idea is to provide a marketplace for realization of Bulgarian creators of e-learning, similar to the world platforms Coursera, Udemy, edX, etc. In order to achieve the main goal and the entrepreneurial idea, the project envisages opening of new jobs for highly qualified professionals and acquisition of intangible fixed assets - software for online educational marketplace development. As a result of this support, a sustainable growth in revenue is expected, and thanks to the ability of digital products to "flow" over the Internet to any place, the project is also expected to help for greater accessibility, materials and energy savings, lower emissions and waste. The project is planned to satisfy the needs of creation, distribution, development and acquisition of relevant information and knowledge on these target groups: 1. Electronic content creators 2. Training organizations 3. Users of electronic content (learners)
