Growth capacity in "Favorite - Mashineks" Ltd. on the territory of LAG Svilengrad Area

Favorit - Mashineks Ltd. is mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of woodworking machines and equipment with NACE 28.49 Manufacture of other machine tools. The company designs, develops, manufactures, installs and puts into operation a wide range of machines as requested by the clients. The machines are widely used in the furniture industry, in the production of toys, in parquet production in Bulgaria and in some countries in Europe and Russia. In order to maintain its market positions and expand the scope of its activities, the company's management has created a long-term plan. For its realization the company needs modernization of the production processes by implementing innovative solutions for its production, namely the purchase of automated technological equipment, which will allow to be achieved and maintained compliance of high productivity with competitive quality, to sustainably increase the growth of the company competitiveness in local, national and foreign markets. It is necessary to make investments in automated technology, consisting of a CNC center with a specialized software integration for design, monitoring and control of the entire production process, which will reduce the time per unit of production by over 50%; productivity will increase by nearly 20%; the average generated export revenues will increase by more than 3 times, and the increase in the efficiency of production costs compared to the last completed financial year by 5.08% for the next 3 years after the end of the project. The volume of manual operations will be reduced and the company's export capacity inside and outside Europe will increase sharply. At the same time, the cost of production will decrease and new workplaces will be opened while achieving a full load of equipment and negotiation of new volumes of production for sale, which will increase competitiveness by achieving higher quality at lower production costs.
